Found this guy’s picture surfing on Google.  Went to the USC official website and the roster lists him as Kyle Prater, 6’ 5”,  215 lbs., RS/FR, WR.
What is " Lame" Kiffin tryin to pull here, a bait and switch? 
Who is this goof-ball looking guy?
